STAKEME Platform Terms of Use

This document defines the rules for using the website and services provided by theSTAKEME team. By accessing stakeme.pro, exploreme.pro, faucetme.pro, interacting with our validators, monitoring tools, or other content, you agree to comply with these "Terms of Use."
If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
Definitions
Within these Terms:
- STAKEME — the team providing access to validators and related Web3 services on the platforms stakeme.pro, exploreme.pro, and faucetme.pro.
- Platform — the collection of services and web resources managed by STAKEME.
- Validator — a blockchain network node that participates in block validation and earns staking rewards.
- Delegator — a user who delegates tokens to one of the public validators.
- Staking — the process of delegating tokens to participate in blockchain consensus and potentially earn rewards.
- Slashing — a penalty mechanism in blockchain networks applied for validator misconduct.
- Web3 tools — software solutions developed or provided by STAKEME for monitoring, testing, and analyzing blockchain infrastructure.
- Sanctioned regions — countries and territories subject to international sanctions, export restrictions, or financial prohibitions.
1. About Us
STAKEME is a team of professional validators providing secure and resilient staking solutions across more than 20 blockchain networks, including Celestia, Sei, Story, BounceBit, Walrus, and Iota. We develop proprietary monitoring, optimization, and testing tools, support public validators, and actively engage with the web3 community.
2. Eligibility to Use
Our materials and services are available only to users who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in such activities in their jurisdiction.
Use of the platform is prohibited for individuals located in sanctioned or restricted regions, or acting on behalf of such individuals.
3. Nature of Services Provided
STAKEME does not provide financial or custodial services. All actions with crypto assets are performed by users through their own wallets and blockchain interfaces.
We provide:
- Public validators in staking-enabled networks;
- Access to Web3 monitoring and testing tools;
- Consulting and technical support for teams and projects;
- Educational and analytical content related to blockchain infrastructure.
4. Limitations and Disclaimers
- We do not hold your tokens and are not responsible for losses due to network instability, validator actions, protocol changes, or third-party services.
- We do not guarantee staking rewards amount or stability.
- Staking involves risks including slashing, user errors, and protocol updates.
- STAKEME does not offer investment advice. All information is for informational purposes only.
4.1 Compensation
If slashing occurs due to STAKEME's fault (e.g., technical errors in our infrastructure), we may consider compensating the delegator. Compensation requires proper documentation and does not exceed the actual penalty amount.
Compensation is not provided for:
- Delegator's errors;
- Vulnerabilities or failures in the blockchain protocol;
- Issues with third-party custodial solutions;
- Incorrect use of wallets, CLI commands, or other interfaces.
Compensation is granted upon delegator's request via site contact form or email[email protected]. STAKEME reserves the right to deny compensation in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond our control.
5. User Responsibilities
- You agree to use the platform in accordance with your local laws;
- You are responsible for your tax obligations and the selection of networks and validators;
- You agree not to compromise platform security or use it for unlawful activities.
6. Intellectual Property
All elements of the STAKEME website (design, text, code, visual materials, tools) belong to the STAKEME team unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend access to the website or services without prior notice if abuse, Terms violations, or security threats are detected.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Republic of Kazakhstan. All disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We recommend checking this document periodically. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the changes.
